We started with calm and smooth walking meditation, enjoying nice weather.
Then we did taichi together, feeling our own energy circulation.
Then we moved to the inside for the seated program.
It gently began with chanting and meditation.
And we listen to the dharma talk from Rev. Inmyung and had a QnA session.
before we conclude, we did tapping yoga and Taichi dancing.
We hope you continue to practice in your daily life with all the take-aways from today.
